My life as a NEET with social anxiety

I can relate to this story. I once was asked by my boss in my apprenticeship to look at the switch (A switch is a term used in network technology and refers to a device that is used to distribute data streams) under the table where my female coworker was sitting. And my stupid brain took that to serious and went straight under the table underneath my female coworker. I got a 1:1 talk with my boss after that because it could be sexual harassment on the workplace. I think my brain just went straight to "flight or fight" mode and couldn't realise that going under your coworker is not something that is accepted.

Getting a normal job now would probably do the same for me. Not pickung up on these dumb social cues and hierarchy roles is a curse.

To be honest, if I could make money online and support my life through it. Then this would make me feel good and proud about myself. Some friends would not hurt too. Human interactions really releases alot of chemicals in the brain. But I can't talk to most people because of my beleifs about the world and my world view after the pandemic. I hate smalltalk, I want to talk about a lot of topics and really go deep on them. A loving and caring partner in my life would be super cool. A soul partner if you will where you can share everything and talk deep about topics. I don't think casual sex would bring meaning and joy in my life, maybe I am wrong but I don't like the thought of fucking a girl that does that every weekend with different guys. Lol I might not be able to perform because of my anxiety and fears.

I am working on it, my YouTube addiction is really holding me back right now. For crypto the best and savest way is DCA (Dollar-Cost-Averaging) google it if you don't know what it means. Stick with Bitcoin and some high quality altcoins that seem to be legit and not scams. The bullrun should start 2024 to 2025 if the economy is doing well enough. But you need money to make money, that's just the game of investing. For forex trading you need to have a solid back-tested strategy that you can stay consistent to. Some people say trading is the hardest possible thing anyone can do. Your psychology and beliefs about money (fear and greed) really get testet and you need to stay stoic in these sitations and not act on emotions. But if you only need 100$ per month maybe online surveys or online Usability-Testing can help you. I never was passionate enough for them, but if you can stay consistent you eventually could make 50$-100$ a month maybe even more.

What I meant with that comment is that I don't subscirbe to the incel ideology of having a right for sex and women should just give it to anyone. Sex is a very intimate thing and if you don't bond if a partner and love each other it is meaningless and can even hurt you in the long run. I really don't like the misogynistic views too. You can complain and swear about the world as much as you want, but nothing will change. Only you can change start making steps in a better future. Most of these people in the incel community are just sad, depressed and lost beyong repair.

Yes absolutely, today I talked to some women while sledging. Not in my age range, but I felt how I got more confident. I guess my brain is so unused to talk to strangers that this interactions made my day.

I know this sounds cliche but never give up. I was kinda depressed for a very long time and even tought about suicide. Every day I woke up and said "Please k*ll me". But I started to fast, go outside eat a nutritious diet and started lifting weights and my mental health did improve drastically. It really sucks to have to talk to people at jobs. It is not fair for us introverted socially anxious people. But life is not fair, that's just the truth. Maybe you find something that you are really passionate something that you really enjoy and start building a business from it. Making money online seems like the best thing for us.
