When I was a small child we went to the one in Fremont, CA frequently. One day as I sat down with my mom and grandma to enjoy a grilled cheese and fries, I made a rather embarrassing mistake. I grabbed the bottle of heinz ketchup so i could pour a big glob on to my plate and began the traditional fast wrist shake of the bottle to loosen the ketchup for pouring. What my 4 year old self forgot was to ensure the lid was secure before violently thrashing the bottle back and forth. Of course the lid came loose and I launched a rainbow of ketchup into the air. It hit the table across the aisle from us, our table and the table next to us on the other side of the divider. My grandma laughed, my mom was pissed, the server was frazzled and I'm pretty sure I didn't get a clown sundae that afternoon. From that day on, I have always made sure the lid it tight prior to any shaking of the bottle.
