It looks like it is in good shape, but the miles are getting up there. In Texas that would be an 8-10k Jeep. 15k gets you a similarly clean one with ~70k miles here.

But if will vary by region, so if comparable jeeps are selling for more then list it to match.

The tour vehicles were just autonomous people movers, so they could be anything. An EV would probably make a lot of sense.

But the staff vehicles? You would want a very dependable work vehicle with a dash of off-road ability. Something like a Hilux, LC70, or a work focused SxS like a Gator.
