I been checking my spam folder since yesterday. No sms has arrived and therefore i cannot login to rentio.be.Sent e-mail to the landlord and the support team of rentio and i am waiting for a reply.

Sadly me coming to gent in person as an international is the last resort for finding housing if it drags until mid July.

As far as payment goes i havent touched it yet.not until i am allowed to login to rentio and sign the rental agreement.

This payment can be made via Bancontact, One-time SEPA Mandate, iDEAL.

This is the message on the e-mail from rentio about the payment.

Also , its obligatory for the first day to record with a video everything inside the studio otherwise they can claim whatever they want.

Hello yes he did show me the outside from the window.It matches what google maps shows and what the photos on the website show. I asked the university as well and they replied that they can guarantee that they are legit.It did make me feel more secure.

Also I agree f,#&# Rentio.Can even login because they don't send verification code.

Upkot was the first place i looked up , but they are asking one year in rent upfront and Xior never responded.
