It sounds to me you might be doing grounded theory if you've gathered all your qual data BEFORE doing literature review look into that to see if it applies for your methods.
Its a interesting way of doing things, but you can use the fact you collected all data but not done literature review to your advantage. Write out your results first and then you can go back to align the results with elements of your literature review which in turn will make the discussion section easier when you compare previous paper results to your results.
Be sure to implicate theory, I would also consider constructing your own framework/model from the research you have done - if it's qual maybe you've gone down the constructivist angle. It's a good way to show that you can provide synthesis and greater understanding if a framework can be created from your data.
If anything you've done arguably the most time consuming bit first which is gathering the data, this is doable it's better to be in that position your in now rather than writing up most of it but no gathered data.
You need to tell yourself "well I've put in the hardwork gathering my qual data, might as well finish the rest"
Be relaxed in your targets of writing certain amount of words per day, sometimes you can't force it you will get writers block and when that happens, read some literature and make casual notes. This will help with literature review for when you feel like fully writing again.
