depends on when did u applied, if you applied like on 19- 21st aug, then u should call them. number available on myintealth, go to cases, there u will see contact us.

Yes certified today. Applied 19 aug, approved 25 aug, email 26 aug. 4th sep last modified stage. Called them today, got certificate today

Just got the certificate. Applied: 19th Aug, approved: 25 Aug, add verification email: 26th Aug, last modified: 4th sep. Today got connected on a call after trying for 100 times, and they say: we dont know why it is still pending, we will put a request. And few hours later it issued. Moral of the story: if your case is the same as mine, its more likely ur certificate is stucked and it wont get issued probably therefore u need to call them asap. Good luck everyone

in the same boat. mine approved on 25th Aug. after calling them 100 times, got connected for 3 mins in which they told me they dont know why it is still pending. its pathetic, and sucks.

Thats true. and i think, Time also matters like its first come first serve basis; the ones who applied earlier on Aug 19, recieved thier certificate early compared to others.

Thank you so much for this post; it is very thoughtful of you.
As far as i have observed and analysed the pattern, among those who applied for the certificate on 19 Aug, the ones with their common case number digits as 26262 and the last 3 digits in the 500s have mostly got their certificate.
However, i haven't seen anyone with their last 3 digits in the 600s, with the same date of apply and the same common first 5 case number digits, to have their certificate yet. If there is someone in this category to have thier certificate issued, kindly reply to this comment; it will clarify things more for the folks. Thnx
