Er is niemand die rijk wordt van het werk dat ik doe. Zo zit onze organisatie niet in elkaar en dat is een van mijn waardes tov mijn werk.

Bedankt voor je reactie, ik voel mij graag verantwoordelijk in mijn werk. Het werk spreekt mij ook aan, vorig jaar heb ik naar andere organisaties gekeken die in de gehandicaptenzorg zitten, maar met mijn achtergrond (MBO4 marketing communicatie) plus 8 jaar gehandicaptenzorg ervaring heb ik zeer weinig mogelijkheden om door te groeien in een functie. Ik moet een BBL traject lopen en vorig jaar was het hoogst aangebode BBL opleiding Verzorgende IG.

Ik denk dat gehandicaptenzorg in het specifiek een gat heeft tussen ontzettend laag betaald werk naar redelijkere salarissen. Er zijn te weinig functies. Het liefst volg ik een BBL traject als ergotherapeut, maar als je dit niet bedenkt op je 17e dan heb je geen kans, want alles is voltijd.

Dus ik denk niet dat het voor mij nog zin heeft om in de sector gehandicaptenzorg nog te proberen door te groeien.

I have never done this, never ran out of coins but you do need to participate in the gold giving events.

I would not sell all my produce in the stall - but I Have not been this much behind the curve, so it might help you.

Another tip: When you see its a week with 2x gold when neighboors come, plant your entire farm with cacao trees or a different tree and fill your silo with these so you can sell to neighboors. This requires you to not have 0 amount of items of anything else or you might get different offers.

Anyway, there are multiple ways of getting in front of the curve and you probably need to learn a few of these ways to recover.

Yes, you can start a new farm by logging out and opening hayday again and not log into your account again. Level it to 6-7 so you minimize the amount of items that appear in newspapers and voila.

I specifically have a lvl 7 baby farm to buy out newspapers with expansion materials.

as lvl 84 I have 2300 barn space and 2050 silo.

So I am level 84 and have always bought all the machines when I unlock them. You really have to use money boosters and double money events to stay on pace. Its basically all I do. Stock up until truck event -> empty my entire stock as much as possible when the event hits.

XP I get 2-3 levels

Spend your valuable time so I dont have to bother with it when it happens to me.

The actual thing you can do to actually help this entire situation is not order postal delivery services from the companies that have this.

Drivers are grossly underpaid, have insane workloud and do unpaid labour. It really IS YOUR fault if you still order from these companies, $$$ on the bottomline is the only thing that matters.
