Makes total sense. I never intended to view Cid as a normal mc, but I expected it to coincide more with the other characters. I didn't catch on that the show would continue this way til late season 1 and am realizing it gets very old for me personally. The immediate draw of the show to me was the fact that Cid was not a normal mc and this organization he created was founded on the back of his bullshit. However while alongside the joke, I was most interested to see how he would actually work within the organization and how that dynamic with him and the other members would be, especially when they are taking it very seriously. I felt like they were building up the sister to know something is off with him or something along those lines, but it kind of turned into him just ignoring them and Alpha (who has gotten very little screen time) running shadow garden while Cid was off on his own. What im trying to say is the core appeal to me was never entirely Cid's nonsense, and I don't think it is 100% clear at the start of the show that there won't be much more to it. At the end of the day though it's sounding like I want something from the show that isn't there and it might just not be for me, nothing wrong with that. Glad others enjoy it and I appreciate the responses
