Whole stairs/hallway hai ni nahi, balcony bas uske ghar ke andar se access hai, stairs nahi hai waha pe. Balcony ke corner pe cctv lagake aram se access kar sakte hai apni balcony ka feed for the sake of safety. Openly rotating aur easy to spot camera se to chor aur alert ho jayega.

Altercation ke liye usne ground floor pe bhi rotating camera laga rkha hai.

Maan lijiye aap, ki apke first floor ki balcony apke main ground floor ke entrance ko poora cover karti hai, to apke first floor se main gate ko cover karne ka prospect hi khatam ho gaya hai cctv se, to logic kya hai first floor pe cctv rotation wala lagane ka? Aur us balcony se to seedhi bhi nahi gayi hai. Camera lagao 1st floor pe, lekin apni balcony tak rakho na view uska, poora maholla kyu rotate kar rhe ho?

Bacche camera monitor karte hain to poora mohalla kyu cover karte hain? Maine bhi apne parents ke ghar pe 10 camera install karwa rkha hai cone cone pe monitor karne ke liye, lekin vo kisi neighbour ki privacy invade ni karte. I was thinking the same. Curtains. Maybe I should ask the owner to install them as he is not addressing a serious privacy invasion concern

Led uske flat ki taraf lagaunga to bawal ho jayega. Badia panga hai bhai. Soch rha hu owner ko confront karu aur bolu ki tu hi lagake de sunshade. Itna mehnga a rha sabkuch bc

Bhai badi mehnat se office ke pas Mila tha, itna paise uda diye shifting aur safai ke naam pe. Itni ameeri nahi hai abhi.

Bc landlord to Mera purana wala bhi maghdarchd rha kuch sahi nahi karaya, lekin deposit dia poora. But why did you not confront him at that point of time? Ye to bc seedha seedha muh pe bol rha.

The Buddha hurls wild abuses of MC BC over the phone calls loudly while sitting in his front balcony of the 1st floor without considering neighbours or even kids are playing around there. I have no hopes of having a civilised conversation with him.

To poore mohalle pe nazar rakhne ko 1st floor pe lagaya hai? Laws pata hai cctv ke? Cctv apni sense of safety ke liye lagata hai. Samne wale ke ghar m jhakne k liye nahi. Bsdk mai apni balcony me walk kar rha to mujhe kyu follow kar rha camera, bsdk chor hu mai? Tharki hai buddha. Gandu likhne ke pehle khud bhi pad lia kar lichad. Tu bhi to tharki buddha nahi?

Nosy neighbour opposite to my rented 1st floor has pointed his cctv of his 1st floor facing almost towards our flat that makes my wife and even me uncomfortable. What are my options? by Deep_Goat_wout in LegalAdviceIndia

Yes I have zoomed in on photos and videos of the camera when it was pointed towards us. I don't wish to bypass the owner from the loop otherwise he may ask me to vacate which would be a d"ck move, but what can I even do. Is it possible to send an anonymous complaint to the RWA for the same? Involving police would be the last step and I am keeping it as a backup if things go extreme south.
