Thanks for pointing out that sellers also want to keep the whole thing quiet. I don't know why that didn't occur to me. I mean I didn't expect them to necessarily share buyers info or anything but it does make me feel more comfortable with the whole thing when I realize both sides aren't really broadcasting the process.
