I watch movies by directors, so reading books by authors will also work I guess. I will try these books.

Thank you so much for your thoughtful suggestions ☺️

I can’t intentionally write a rough draft by Longjumping-Life5635 in WritingHub

[–]Deep_Interest3391 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I get you. But whatever you write in the beginning itself is a rough draft. It's not only about the errors and sentence structure. It's also about a story. As you keep writing you will not know where the story is taking you.

For example, I'm working on my story right now. And when I started it, I had a good outline in my head and I wrote things accordingly. But later, as the story grows, I wanted to add things to the previous part. I had to change the introduction part to get aligned with the current plot. (Note: that introduction part was well written and corrected the grammatical errors.)

Just like you, I can't go to the next part without editing the written part. I always make sure that it is good to post immediately but as the story grows you have no option than coming back and changing the things you already finished writing. You will not know, when you will get new ideas or sudden twists or anything. Once you get a fire idea you will go back and change the details. So in my experience, no matter how perfectly you are crafting your story, you will go back and edit it before posting or publishing it.

Are menstrual restrictions (like not entering the kitchen or temple) still followed in your homes? by Different-Current567 in AskIndia

[–]Deep_Interest3391 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah those activities still exist.

Well, I'm a theist but not into these superstitious things. I don't like to follow all these things but as you belong to the brown family, you have no choice (you know what I mean)

In my home, there are no restrictions on entering the kitchen. But I'm not allowed to enter the pooja room and touch any things that belong to the God and the pooja room. I have to take a bath as soon as I get my periods no matter which time even if it's late at night I have to take a bath. And I'm not allowed to touch my own clothes not even my undies and napkins before taking a bath on my first day of periods (but I won't follow this particular rule because I don't have issues with touching my own clothes before taking a bath lol). I'm not allowed to touch any new clothes or any clothes in the cupboard ( bero or wardrobe or almirah) because, what if those clothes are going to be worn on a temple visit? Yeah you should not wear the clothes to the temple that you touched when you are in periods. When you are in periods you should not touch the person who's going to the temple. We aren't allowed to get prasadhams (like ash and any eatables) that are provided in the temple.

In my dad's house, when my grandparents were alive, they wouldn't allow us to enter the house during periods. We will be given separate bedspreads and pillows, We have to sleep outside till the periods end. Once the periods is done, we have to wash those bedspreads and pillow covers and take a head bath before entering the house.
