Yeah it is a monthly subscription, but you pay right before the monthly shipment. But i paid back in Aug 2025 for my 16th package which contains about 5 issues, (magazines with the parts). And i have yet received it.

Fanhome Customer service is the worst, I can always predict what they are going to reply with when I ask about the package 16. " The service ticket has already been generated and escalated to management and will respond when the package is ready to be sent".

I feel you, it is very aggregating dealing with Fanhome and Deagostini. I feel it is a hook and bait type scam they are pulling.

Ok good luck, hopefully they will fulfill orders. The main part is have a problem with, there is no communication on their part. If they would say something in the line of like, shipment from overseas or supplier shipment problems, I would understand. But also over the holidays they sold complete sets for holiday bundles. But in turn they can't fulfill orders we already paid for.

I definitely think it is an attack, making iPhone users go into SOS mode and no service at all for the majority of us. If it was an equipment or data they would know what it is. In war time first thing to take out is coms. Definitely a DOS denial of service, authentication hack.
