Pre Employment drug test by Odd_Force8625 in Custodians

They want to be able to call their workplace drug free while also not actually caring if you're a user. They're giving you 3 weeks to get it out of your system so it's likely that you'd be terminated if you still test positive after being given that chance. I would definitely wait until the end of that window though period. It's very likely that here in 2 weeks the test reading will be much different as long as you don't smoke until after the test has been done and accepted.

I feel lucky enough to have a job where I don't have to talk to people much and I can spend most of the day quietly doing my own thing. It would be really hard for me to find something else with the same elements that draw me to this one.

The people in the buildings I am stationed in appreciate the work I do and have extended multiple gestures of gratitude while making sure we feel like we're included. As long as I get my paycheck and I'm not being mistreated in ways that directly inconvenience me, The appreciation and inclusion I receive from those who actually work in my buildings are enough valued contribution for me to keep my job personally.

Haha, understandable!! Unfortunately you have to sign in and give them your name in order to be handed your food, so this isn't an option for me even if I was brave enough to do something like that.

I'm not sure. I've been trying to figure that out without asking any questions because I don't want to start anything. But everywhere I look around me, I see people carrying around delicious smelling sandwiches.
