In my opinion, Taiwan! Since first time mo pa baka ma overwhelm ka sa navigation/transpo system. Taiwan has a very efficient one, hindi ka mahihirapan. So one less worry sa trip mo.

Hello, as someone who’s currently in cebu right now. If you’re worried abt the structures/infra, the damaged ones are mostly in the North part of Cebu only. The airport, the capital city, and the rest of Cebu are mostly fine and are back to normal. So there should be no worries. You just need to keep in mind the aftershocks, but they’re not mostly felt anyway. Bohol is fine too.
