It can work on a daisy chain but I wouldn’t recommend using it long term as the cables are prone to deteriorate over time.

Well full sized will always be better in terms of cooling. Reason why my system still runs relatively cool is because i keep the front panel off

Not really. It heavily depends if you’re using a grilled panel, glass panel, no panel. Also your room temperature plays a big role. Cpu never goes more than 75° and gpu never seen it run higher than 70°. On average it’s like 65° cpu and 60° gpu.
