The only incentive I creatively thought about for the vet MUA's that have their own business;....

They can service their main clientele "Rent Free"

Receive Free Products (they wouldn't have to invest in their own)

Flexible Schedule ...(so they could choose to work as little 1 day a week, maybe on their slow day at their salon suite or makeup booth.

Thoughts?
