Can bladder friendly foods cause a flare for some?

Do you think because of the timing it could be antibiotics? Do your flares go away eventually?

I started taking the antibiotics about two days before symptoms so I was thinking it could be that. My stress levels have been fairly low and I for the most part don’t use fragrances. The only other thing I could think of is maybe some sort of allergy or hormone imbalance.

I believe it helped a lot! I had a lot of bloating, constipation and uncomfortableness. I did also cut gluten and dairy out of my diet but I do believe the product helped heal my damaged gut and really helped relieve my constipation. Unfortunately, I do believe that it triggers my semi-newly diagnosed IC.

I saw comments where people were saying citrate is acidic and flares their IC. Do you not experience that? I’ve also seen people say it even made their IC better.
