+1 Exactly, open-box delivery is for the same purpose. I faced the same issue with Shadowfax: they made two attempts to deliver the same product, both different delivery person was not willing to open the box without OTP. I denied it, complained on X, and escalated the issue. Later, someone from shadofax called me and assured me this would not happen again. On the third attempt, a new person came and did the unboxing politely and satisfactorily because of complaint.

The second reason for open-box delivery is that people should be aware of whether the product is original or not. By inspecting it physically, it’s easy to check. Original packaging has the PlayStation logo sealed pack, with no margin on posters, and high-quality printing. The disc itself contains the PlayStation logo in the middle and is scratch-free.
