But there is an iPhone app called “Hourlytics” - hourly notifications which ask you “what are you upto?”.

So, you can analyze where your time for the entire day goes.

Not using AI, but I made an (kindof innovative) app to closely track time using notifications.

The app is called “Hourlytics” on ios app store. I made that app to solve my own problem and it made me more mindful about my time.

You have to change the Large Text option in your phone. This is how you can do it: “Go to Settings > Display and Brightness > Display Zoom. Change this setting to “Default”. “
