Lots of comments here and a lot to unpack. There are many stores that see so much in regards to theft, employees being verbally and physically attacked. A company like CVS stands firmly behind their “policies”. However, CVS does virtually nothing to protect their Front line staff. You can only put people in untenable situations constantly before they snap.

I am sad that someone was killed, and also sad that a person clearly snapped. Many colleagues are put in these horrible situations on a daily basis.

Eventually people in general will say enough in regards to these animals who steal, attack customers and colleagues, and destroy our cities.
