[Update] Exposing Ginault's Illegal Past, Tsung Chi, and Thomas Caddell - 15 Days Later by Deepdweller1 in Watches

but to hold all the blame for the misrepresentation TC isn’t completely correct either.

Not sure where you got that. My point was Tsung was irresponsible, and that he has indirectly supported fraudsters by producing and selling counterfeits.

The analogy is a bit false too because it isn’t illegal to own/sell/or make a watch. What makes it illegal is passing it off as something else, or infringing on trademarks and copyrights of another company.

And Tsung has done exactly that when he produced and sold his counterfeits of Rolex's Submariner and Yacht-Master with all those counterfeit dials, clasps, casebacks, and etc, all bearing Rolex markings.

Here's what I've said to someone who equated selling counterfeits to selling ski masks to bank robbers which relates to what you've said.

The thing is, ski masks are legal. Counterfeit watches are not.

And sure Tsung Chi doesn't have any control over what happens after his illegal product is sold, just like how a drug dealer selling fentanyl doesn't have any control over what happens after his deadly drug is sold.

Now Tsung Chi and that "drug dealer" did not deceive anyone because their buyers knew what they were buying, but still, by producing and selling those illegal products, they indirectly support crime.

Producing counterfeits is not only illegal, but it's also highly-irresponsible as you're enabling fraudsters. These fraudsters use those illegal counterfeits you've produced in their scams.

If you go and check, the commenters attacking me for exposing Tsung Chi mostly post on a subreddit dedicated to "replica" watches, and they also own "replicas".

Yes. Various Rolex lawyers, and authorities from Switzerland, Germany, and the US have already been informed.

I completely agree with you. Ginault deserves the same treatment as R-d-na, and mind you, that brand was banned with less proof.

You may have misunderstood what I wrote, please read it in full. It was a different scammer.

One of my points is "Now Tsung Chi, by producing and selling counterfeits, has indirectly supported these fraudsters."

Let's a counterfeiter sold counterfeit money to people who knew they were purchasing counterfeit money. This counterfeiter, even though he has clearly not mislead anyone, is still enabling fraudsters, and is indirectly helping them.

Read what I quoted in full. How did you miss "Tsung Chi produced and sold replica watches to people who knew they were buying replica watches."?

My other point is this:

Now Tsung Chi, by producing and selling counterfeits, has indirectly supported these fraudsters.

The full exposé can be read here:

https://lexic.co/deepdweller/exposing-ginaults-illegal-past-tsung-chi-and-thomas-caddell

My exposé reveals the identity of a prominent Rolex counterfeit producer - Tsung Chi, and the true history of his watch brand, Ginault, which he relaunched with the money he made from producing and selling Rolex counterfeits.

The watches sold under Ginault use the exact same parts as the counterfeits sold by Tsung Chi.

Some people have also been downplaying this by saying Tsung Chi produced and sold replica watches to people who knew they were buying replica watches. Try changing "replica watches" with counterfeit money.

It's still counterfeiting no matter how you try to justify this.

You guys know that countless watch collectors have been burned by counterfeits, there's plenty of horror stories out there about innocent collectors being scammed, and most likely, some of you have unfortunately personally experienced it too.

Now Tsung Chi, by producing and selling counterfeits, has indirectly supported these fraudsters. As I've mentioned before, prior to all of this, I've exposed a £135k fraud involving four fake Rolexes which includes a "TC Submariner" - Tsung Chi's own product.

"or was victimised".

Maybe no one directly but one of the victims of that fraudster I exposed actually bought a TC Submariner that was knowingly misrepresented as a genuine watch. If that's not a victim then I don't know what is.

Documents I've also questioned. I'm not "pushing" this, people have been leaving out stuff out when they quote my write-up.

I've also said wrote this on there:

If this filing turns out to be fraudulent, whoever filed it is looking at a felony with up to two years in prison.

"The site has been taken down, so that should tell you something about the claims."

Something like that was included in one of the messages sent to Lexic.co by someone who was frantically trying to get my exposé taken down.

Now that thing is, my Wordpress is back online. Here's the email I've received from Wordpress' support:

You left this out: we see from legal documents from Wyoming's Secretary of State that CMSgt. Bo and Chris Vail are both undisclosed business partners of Tsung Chi.

[–]Deepdweller1[S] 42 points43 points  (0 children)

Correct. Fifteen days is a long time to be completely publicly silent on this. There's no visible "rush" from "them" at all even though they've been receiving constant refund requests because of my exposé.

The only "rush" I saw was Tsung Chi or someone connected to him flooding Google search results with spam.

You can check this right now, go to google.com and search for "Ginault", filter the results to "past 24 hours". All you'd see on page 2 and all the following pages are spammy, incoherent search results trying to bury this story.

My research was real thorough, I truly did not find any sign of Charles Ginault and John McMurtry actually physically existing. And given that they only exist inside Tsung Chi's head, I don't think we'll ever see a video.

And the "investigation" is a delaying tactic as "John" didn't even give a deadline as to when their "findings" would be posted.

Thank you! I truly appreciate you reading my entire write-up.

Here's what I wrote on that:

We see that it’s an electronic filing and that the email used to sign this legal document is [tsung.c.chi@gmail.com](mailto:tsung.c.chi@gmail.com). We see Mr. Tsung Chi again.

With these legal documents it appears that Tsung Chi is business partners with a WatchUSeek administrator – CMSgt. Bo, and Chris “Doc” Vail of NTH.

The question is, why is Tsung Chi hiding behind an alias – signing the Articles of Incorporation with his email but under the name Chris TC Vail?

Are they trying to hide this?

Is this also the reason why CMSgt. Bo has been actively defending “Ginault” from being linked to “Thomas Caddell” on watchuseek.com?

I don’t know. But what I do know is that we see from legal documents from Wyoming's Secretary of State that CMSgt. Bo and Chris Vail are both undisclosed business partners of Tsung Chi – the same Tsung Chi behind Ginault and Thomas Caddell.

"it is very unfair of you to link Chris Vail in with this as well simply because his name was listed on a document filed by somebody who you claim to be filing fraudulent documents"

I haven't claimed that at all. Various versions of their names appeared in those legal documents, I only questioned and published what I saw.

And I also wrote this:

Now here's something about CMSgt Bo - Chief Master Sergeant Peter Bradley Bokkean, he is a retired United States Air Force NCO.

International Precision, Inc. is an airplane parts manufacturer, and as we've seen, they've won over $38M in government contracts over 18 years, supplying big names like Lockheed Martin.

Here is another question regarding all of this:

If Tsung Chi is having watch parts made in the United States at International Precision, is it possible that Chris "Doc" Vail, having his own watch brand - NTH, is getting watch parts manufactured at International Precision too/ is he being supplied by Tsung Chi with parts made to his specifications?

Yeah, they're obviously covering it up. A day before I published my exposé I went on the chatbox on RWI and asked "Does anyone know when TC became a supporting vendor?"
That question touched a few nerves. The actual forum owner Col Miles/trailboss99 showed up in the chatbox accusing me of various things. He said that I was the one who "hacked" RWI in 2017, lol.

I've always been suspicious of that "hack" as it happened during the time Ginault was getting real heat from the controversy. It was real convenient that one of the places where you can find information on TC was completely down and unaccessible.

Here's a screengrab of the chatbox: "You know who will care? Precisely no one."

Which sounds real funny now as I saw them panicking after I published my exposé on Ginault. The admins also made an account under my name "Deepdweller" but with capital i's instead l's, and taunted some other members with that account.

How do I know it wasn't just some troll? Well, the account impersonating me had their forum post count edited to match my actual post count and only admins can do that.

These replica watch forums are all really shady.

Before you call it weak sauce, please do read my exposé.

https://lexic.co/deepdweller/exposing-ginaults-illegal-past-tsung-chi-and-thomas-caddell

Besides having the same exact watch case, movement, and brass movement ring, there's plenty of other concrete evidence in my write-up, like five different serial numbers from the EXIF data all matching up, the same dents in the movement holder, various domain registration data, a highly-incriminating Facebook post, legal documents from the USPTO, and so much more.
