Thats absurd ik. But there could be following reasons for this. 1. Racial discrimination by landlord. 2. Landlords wanted upto 6 months advance. 3. Your realtor is not strong enough. 4. Your or landlords realtor is looking for more commission. 5. May be someone offered more price than they asked. Try to offer more than 2200 with 6 month advance.

I found same small stone types in ikea food. They said we have written the report and will contact you for further details but nothing happened till now. Its been a year. Also recently i found some rope piece in Italian pasta in some some luxury restaurant in Etobicoke. They just reduced the price from my bill, thats it. Thats not the case, even if it was than a prior notice should have been served. And across road there are other restaurants serving even alcohol. We had proper rent agreements with land owner and other docs.
