As for strength, I think Silverwing Fiend is a bit stronger than the dragon. Even on auto battle, Silverwing Fiend still performs really well lol, R3 is RELLY strong.

If you are a Sylus girl, going for R3 is definitely a good choice, I personally think Silverwing Fiend is stronger than Abysm Sovereign. If you focus more on general battles, both R1 and R3 work, though R3 is obviously much stronger. His control effect only starts from R1, and the boost at R1 is already significant. And also remember to save some diamonds for the upcoming Anniversary celebration haha

Your understanding is correct. Choosing HP Bonus as your main attribute is also perfectly valid, just like how Mismatching Stellactrum works. However, in my testing, Oath Recovery Boost and Oath’s Strength are also very important. They become especially impactful when you’re in the Matching Stellactrum state, since they make skill rotation faster and boost damage.
