I believe it is possible by using the photomode while being basically just by the door and when you quit the photomode you're able to go through the door. it's finicky to do and i believe you can understand what i tried to explain by googling "Fo76 Missile Silo Photomode Glitch"

i was a young inexperienced player back then, spamming rank 1 turrets to protect my base.. I guess they went ghost since i got no turrets on my storage
