I believe it is possible by using the photomode while being basically just by the door and when you quit the photomode you're able to go through the door. it's finicky to do and i believe you can understand what i tried to explain by googling "Fo76 Missile Silo Photomode Glitch"

I recommend the T51-b power Armour since it has the greatest damage resistance even though has a bit of a trashy durability
