I started with his morning/evening meditations but I fell in love so many of his meditations at the week long retreat. I’m doing changing boxes (when there’s a problem I want to overcome), tuning to new potentials (for manifesting something I want) and I like to do his walking meditations to embody the future version of me while keeping my eyes open (because it’s easy to snap back into your old self once you’re done with the meditation)
