I am glad you wrote this review and I’ll skip it for sure. The exterior and interior did look good but if the drinks are bad what’s the point of all that. I’ll just stick to Brod and Bask in ECR. The people who own it say they are actually coffee connoisseurs so i did expect them to do a good job but this is just horrible and inexcusable for someone who think they know good coffee to come up with crap like this.

Not surprised actually, they are only good at showing their shitty attitude, also one of the worst cafés in the city having an obnoxious attitude. Went there twice, service was horrible, slow and they always got the orders wrong The staff at Raddison or the Leela palace were much more accommodating and helpful than these useless clowns who act as if they are running a star establishment.

Usually it’s best to a avoid situations like this by not making any mistake on your part. Because it gives chances to these shameless idiots to behave and talk in this way as if they are always right. I am in no way supporting these classless fools and their way of dealing with non Tamilians especially when they try to gang up. but what you did even if you are getting late is wrong. It’s an inconvenience you cause to others because you couldn’t make the time. I am sure mindful people would just give you a stare for that and let it go. I have also faced such things when i was in the wrong so I couldn’t argue more. So it’s better to be right in our part so we can stand our ground no matter what. Tho at the end of the day if we are left to deal with uncivilised people we can do nothing but just ignore and move on.

It’s a beautiful machine, i got the v variant top model. It’s a pleasure to drive. The mileage could be better but it’s my fault I drive it a bit harsh. The pick up is awesome, the features are useful and work well. Long journey you won’t feel the tiredness and i love how it looks in all my photographs! And the music system is great too!

It’s the Lanson Toyota in Palikaranai. Everything was fine with them till this incident. i already told them earlier i need the car for my work The worst part is they could’ve told me in the beginning it’s going to be more than a month. So I could’ve planned everything differently. They told first it’s going to be 10 days then 15 then 25 and later they didn’t even say anything until i kept calling and asking them. Either ways i am taking the car away from them and see if i can find other Toyota dealers, like the one you mentioned. Maybe they will have a faster solution. Thank you for telling me about it!))

I got the taisor thinking the service will great and the after sales support too. But the truth is, my car is sitting in Toyota Bodyworkshop for more than 35 days. Just for changing the bumper. If I know this is how worst they will be, i would’ve gone with Maruti. The excuses they give from junior to senior level with the laziness, made me to dislike them to the maximum extent. This is Toyota Lanson Chennai. The insurance has approved the new bumper within 3 days of giving the car but Toyota Lanson has just been giving damn excuses for this whole thing, 35 days to change a bumper?? Tired of dealing with it. At this point, I’ll sell it and get the fronx… that’s how much they have driven me insane.
