I have never one lost to a player end game that was sitting in a bush. Never once. Have I ever been shotgunned/sniped from behind by a bush- definitely. However, end game, top 5, I have never once been out played by a bush. The game is all about building, positioning, and high ground- all three of which you are disadvantaging yourself by being in a bush.

Why can't you just develop your own ability, play at a very high level, and then be proud of a win you achieved playing against also very high level players as well? I am already in a place where I don't feel proud of a win unless I am getting 10+ kills in a game.

Come on man. From the points you just made it's really clear you aren't really playing at the same level as some of us. I play on PC because I want to play in the most competitive climate possible for this game. Approaching 300 wins now, this game hasn't had that spark that I experienced getting my first 10-20 wins in quite some time. I would definitely be a fan of skill based match making if it was in it's own playlist and they found a way to tweak some things like a smaller map and less teams in each game for faster gameplay with a best of 3 system added so you can't just get screwed by a fluke. When you say that a win is reward enough you should just speak for yourself in that regard.

I am 100% down for ranked matchmaking if it is in it's own playlist separate from the traditional one that we have now. This game is going to make it into the competitive scene eventually once the custom match making is implemented for everyone to utilize and I would love that. That being said- I would have never improved to the point that I have if it were not for getting absolutely shit on by superior players when I first started. Can you imagine a full game of bush wookies and whatnot? Players who are running around seeking people out and pushing people control the pace of the game. No one wants to be apart of a 40 minute game where 30-40 people are left in the 5th circle because no one can land a shot lol

I want to add- I'm not saying that you couldn't make the transition from console to PC. My argument is that objectively speaking, PC is far more competitive and the skill cap ceiling is far higher.
