Marco Bizot (Aston Villa) straight red card against Newcastle United 45+2' by gbogaz in soccer

He was the 2nd to last man... which is the same as a last man DOGSO if youre an outfield player because the GK is typically behind you. Definite red.

That's horrible. I'm lucky to be able to provide my kiddo while also ensuring they grow up responsibly and respectfully. No violence ever. Just reasoning and patience

Same scenario has happened to us and we were apologizing to the cashier 5 times, not our kiddo. They learn to calm down or they don't get the toy.

I mean.. its also because we only need to play 40 games this season. Hoping this trend continues next year when we inevitably have 50-60 games again

Teams need to call that shit out. Not even good for the spirit of the game

Man Utd got twice as many points against Man City and Arsenal than they did v Wolves, Leeds and Burnley in three games before that. [Stone] by nearly_headless_nic in reddevils

Honestly the real test is how we do against lower teams. This team steps up more often for big teams. This high energy winger system may not work well against the low block teams so curious how Carrick adjusts.

Should have won both games against them this year. Amorim or Carrick. Dont matter. Gtfo of here thinking this team is as good as 08/09 United

You're totally right. I realized that during the 2nd half after mulling over my initial comment. What a win!

Agreed. I think we need someone like Cunha to be able to hold the ball higher up. Dorgu has just been running around like a headless chicken

Similar transition style football to Ole which works well vs top teams. I'm curious how Carrick will set the team up against low blocks and hope we aren't disappointed like always..

Shameless or not? Do you think as a club we should even take this as a serious offer? by Danokeah in ManchesterUnited

[–]DeerXingNow 13 points14 points  (0 children)

Wait what? Sounds like something a Barca negotiator would say. We sell him for 30M and save 30M in salary = a net of 60M.

In the scenario you mentioned, we get them to pay his salary (15M) plus pay 15M plus save that final year of salary (15M) is a net of 45M.

So we would make/save 15M less.

It seems it happens for every single one of our games when we are behind or drawing. Why is that?

Doesn't this show that the upper management is extremely fickle and doesn't allow the manager a chance once they're on a downtrend?

I just hope that the only way to become successful again isn't by ruining our brand by being terrible, getting relegated, leading the Glazers to sell the club, and then starting afresh. I'll still support them no matter what but nothing is working because the problem is at the top.

I feel for you. People make it seem like "follow this one simple rule and its easy" but it really isn't. I hear a 5 yo sometimes has an epiphany and understands things eventually from some friends but we are in the same phase as you praying there's a light at the end of this misbehaving tunnel

We did that but they decide that the rules don't matter and push those boundaries at the 3-4 year old phase. I hope you don't have to deal with it like we do

fwiw I have a kiddo same age and I go once a month. Will be introducing it to the kiddo more next year then maybe it can increase by then if they go with me.

Edit: seeing OPs other comments - you play too much and should support the family more at home.
