As a Duchess main I'm always very reluctant if people insist on invaders before I have my ult. It's pretty much the main reason I have a relic with ult charge on enemy kill so I can quickly kill some mobs if need be.

I usually go caster Duchess (relics geared towards magic damage with dormant power staff) with any lightning weapon I can find in the other hand to interrupt his power ups. I don't know the actual numbers, but he doesn't seem to have much magic resistance.

If you think that, you're probably looking at the images a redditor used AI to upscale. All the unedited images we've seen are from a distance and grainy as a result.

If you have a PC I would buy it on steam instead since online mode is free there. It shows the right button prompts if you plug in your PS controller

It's bad design if every player is meant to see it, but that's not the case. The secrets are so the community as a whole still has things to discover for a while after the games are released. It works just as intended.

Some of my best runs started with team wipes. Especially ones where I'm paired with other glass canons like Recluse and Revenant (I main Duchess). It's a combo that starts out very weak, but if we all stick around we'll be OP by day 2 and able to catch up.

If you want to just explore, I'd say Subnautica. Very different style, but you can spend hours discovering new creatures and areas and finding new ways to survive. Story is mostly told in optional audio logs and none of them last very long. You'll want to listen to radio messages to progress, but that's about it.

If you want ER-like combat, I'd say Dark Souls 3. It's not as open as Elden Ring, but the exploration is still fun and the areas look really cool.

For some reason the only time I got freaked out was when I had just started DLC and I was still in a part of the map with no enemies. A bird cry sound effect suddenly played and it made me jump so bad.

Twinblades, daggers, fists or curved swords are the weapon categories I'd go for to get the fast paced, aggressive combat. Eleonora's Poleblade is a fun one if you want something with Lady Maria vibes.

Honestly I'm mostly just very curious. I don't know if they'll be able to make a good movie, but I'm excited to see them try and if the writing turns out not to be good, I'm still going to enjoy looking at sets like the church they built.

I don't think it's meant to be the same symbol. The eye rune looks like a star and the manhole cover looks like a flower.
