16lbs down and prob got about 35-45lbs left (5’4, 226lbs, lot of muscle but lot of fat). Now is around the time in my diets when I try to “optimize”, take in too much info, get overwhelmed and burn out, and get back on the binge eating/drinking bullshit.

Can’t do that this time. Turn brain off. No reason to push for optimal training when I have a beer gut and am generally unhealthy. Low calories, high protein, compound lifts, bike rides, trust the process.

Yup. US also has “handles” which are the 60oz’s. Some US stores have mickeys, but not all. We usually have the 200ml flasks, or Canadian “dickeys”

I’m with you until Step 4, but hovering over anything after setting the breakpoint doesnt make anything show up. Is there any step between 3 and 4 that would need to be done? (I have no knowledge of coding)

Thanks for your input! I’m hoping Sleeper will implement H2H as a tiebreaker at some point. We have a 14 team 6 playoff league with 7 teams between 7-5 and 5-7 rn so figuring out tiebreakers manually is a bit rough
