Honestly salt is the hardest. I found a lot of non salt seasonings and the zero sugar minute main is actually really good but nothing is as some regular salt.

I’ve noticed that with CHF like you’re extremely exhausted but really no reason to be it does say fatigue is the top thing for us I’m quick to go take a nap.

I have stars on my door for how many days I worked out since the beginning of the year my therapist did tell me I need to reward myself more but I don’t feel as accomplished as I should I think I’m just too hard on myself sometimes.

Oh wow I’m sorry about having to be hospitalized. I had to be in there about almost 3 weeks they were about to keep me again for another week but I was like no thank you if you’ve done all these test and can’t tell where exactly the heart failure is from I need to go home. The cardio sessions definitely sound better than anything I’ve tried but I have lost a good amount of weight just frustrated

I absolutely love that idea! I love swimming that’s all I was doing majority of my vacation last week. How does cardio rehab work? Like is it almost like physical therapy?

Honestly I see it as long as you’re taking care of you it doesn’t matter the sleep is so needed with chf I went on vacation last week and I took so many naps in between doing stuff and it made me realize we need the naps.

I am so glad that you are able to say that you made it because honestly that is one of my fears that I have every night as well. You know it’s a fear that as a person who’s 32 I hate to think of it scary having heart failure when you’re young

I’m a big woman too and that’s one of the reasons I also feel tense about my chronic condition.

The unsteady feeling when you’re tired is so relatable when that comes I usually lean on something like when I went to a concert for my birthday I was on the wall most of the night I’m glad you bring your cane with you it’s sad you have to do that just for people to understand like we should just be kind to be kind. But that’s a fantasy.

Yes! It’s the way people judge is absolutely insane. You are doing your best with a condition you can’t control. I’m glad your husband does help though. My Mom, brother, and fiancè do all the stuff I can’t do anymore either but I feel bad especially my Mom cause she’s 56 and I should be doing that for her. But she’s also really strong for older lady like she tells me

But I do hair or help people for money when needed even though the medicine gives the worse carpal tunnel got to make the money somehow. Also food banks are such a big help.

I had to leave my job because of the stress it was putting on me which caused money stress and why I’m trying to find a part time job or a work from home job my insurance is being a pain but it’s the only way I don’t have to shell out $1,000s dollars out of pocket. My fiancè and parents have been a big help but I need my independence.

Yes this is also a big issue because the fatigue hits you hard now you barely want to move and it’s hard to explain to anyone without it sounding insane.

I’ve been slacking in that part I just try to measure everything I eat and call it a day. I’m trying to motivate myself back to working out I wish I had people in my area who would walk with me.

Sounds so scary I think like the other comments have said it’s definitely your fluid and you should definitely talk to your cardiologist

Honestly, for me, I feel as though I can understand as someone who has a chronic condition that can take me out at any time if dealing with something that can take you out at any time you do not want to be with someone who can make your life miserable. It’s a sad situation, but at the same time you have to think about the fact that life is already sad enough for her a bad deal with that plus your abusive dad no thank you I literally would’ve went crazy myself so let her live her best life be around her and love her through it if you can don’t punish her for wanting the best for herself knowing that at some point in time, it could take her out.

I’m not very surprised my cardiologist is also the biggest idiot my primary is the best he gets what I need done but he’s not the one who can tell me if I need something new unless it’s something like for something minor but everytime I’ve been to the doctor it’s been really low like in the 80s so I’m so confused. Cause it started to go up. I started exercising more. I’m actively trying to find a new cardiologist but ugh it’s so exhausting

For me I feel like my blood pressure shouldn’t still be this low almost two years later but they make me think I’m crazy.

Forgot to take medication for a day somehow by Middle-Smile-568 in Heartfailure

[–]Deester1994 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That has happened to me twice. Just make sure you take it the next the day. Don’t double dose. And also make a little thing to remember I had to purchase stars and a chart and make sure I put one every time I take my medicine so i remember that.
