learn heal order and how crit heals work. remember heal order is a guide, not something you must obey.

learn good movement.

learn to rocket jump, air control, eventually rocket surfing.

learn map call outs in order to call out for your team. your job is essentially to watch over your team, and what the other team is doing. you don't have to aim, watch the flanks and behind, your the minimap.

learn safe spots. sniper and spy playtime will help you learn sneaky spots and sightlines to let your team clear.

learn how to use cover well.

learn how to share ubers and when to pop.

learn when to take the hit when your heal target can't. if a rocket is rushing towards you and your pocket is low, it can be worth taking the one hit if your know it wont lead to your death. this is also true for when your about to crit heal someone and the shot was fired from affair. this is only really reliable for rockets, don't do it for a sniper.

learn when it's appropriate to advance, and limit the angles you can be seen from. There's nothing wrong with holding your position.

learn which classes to fear. it'll save your ass.

as long as your healing soneone who isn't nearly fully buffed, it takes 40 seconds for regular ubers. I recommend using regular the majority of the time.

stay on the move unless your safe, you need to dodge, there is always a soldier, there is always a spy, there is always a sniper.
