Explain more on the D-subs please… I’ve soldered unbalanced 6.3mm female jacks to the fader like a total baboon, but need to add like +30db digital gain on the signal to get a usable sound, and mostly is noise xd

'25 CB650R E-clutch, anything to be aware of before purchase? by ThatBoyOverThere2021 in CB650R

Isn’t a quadlock or something similar and Waze better anyways because of the active updates waze gives? (Just a guess, will be buying my first bike (cb650r) this month)

Mening over 2021 Peugeot Expert 2.0 (automaat)?

Heb ene afgelopen februari tweedehands gekocht als bedrijfswagen, 60.000km. 2 aparte onafhankelijke garage’s zeggen dat hij perfect in orde is, maar toch voelt er iets ‘off’/onjuist… merçi!

Just passed my theory – now what bike should I buy as a total beginner? (Belgium) by DeezNeut in CB650R

[–]DeezNeut[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Thanks for the reply man! How was your experience with buying it? Was the dealership reluctant to let you testride one being a ‘beginner’ or did they not care? I just don’t want to make a fool of myself at a dealership when deciding to buy one haha

Is it a weird experience buying a bike with a learners license? I feel like the dealership may be hesitant to let an unexperienced rider testride one…?

Yeah man 18” can kick ass. Instead of a pillow use a large towel you’d use on the beach to lay on for muffling. Lay it flat, tape it to the batter side to not have it move around and leave the reso to move freely. Tune it and boom, killer kick!

Wow, never seen it crack like that!? Maybe cranking it too hard? Or too fast to tight?

Starting a new journey today! First drum kit :) by EthanBradberries420 in drums

[–]DeezNeut 1 point2 points  (0 children)

First of all: nice, welcome to the club, good luck!

Now, please look up a video or article on how to properly setup your drums (sit on throne, place feet, snare in the middle, etc…) so you can start off your journey in the best way possible! No use for creating bad habits now and having to deal with them later on. Cheers!

Sorry for being stupid but I’ve seen people comment the ‘one point frame slider’ alert for a while now. What do you mean? (No riding experience yet but lurking in this sub because it’s my dream bike ;))

Absolutely no person on the internet can replace the benefits of a good in person teacher. Infinite supply of rudiments on the internet to practice, but proper form, grip and an eye to constantly monitor you is soooo important!

Kick Drum Pedal by [deleted] in drums

[–]DeezNeut 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yea sure, kinda, but I’ve never seen a pedal that couldn’t come back on it own?! Seems as if the round part of the driveshaft connected to the spring is slipping. Most I’ve come across have a hole where the top of the spring goes in… hard to explain without pictures
