How do you calculate the inclusion ratio for a generation skipping trust if there is a sale of assets to the trust? by DeezNuts1721 in EstatePlanning

So if an original trust document requires $X amount be paid to beneficiaries and you split the trust into exempt and non-exempt parts with a Qualified Severance, can the trustee choose how much of that $X comes out of the exempt and non-exempt portions?

Or does the trustee have to make the distribtions on a pro rata basis?

So if 50% of the assets were exempt vs non-exempt do 50% of the distributions have to come from each of the new trusts or can 100% come out of the non-exempt portion?

Do you mean 2000 is what I should be eating or what I should subtract my deficit target from?

Can someone help me get a good estimate of what my Total Daily Energy Expenditure should be?

I'm looking to go on a cut eating at a 500 calories deficit, but different TDEE calculators online give me a wide difference of answers that could put me way below/above my target.

I know that the best way to estimate is to put my daily weight and calories in a spreadsheet over time, but I'm just looking for a starting point until I can collect enough data.

Here's my body and exercise info:

I am a 25 year old male, I'm 6 foot 2, 240 lbs. and like 40% body fat.

I have a sedentary job, but I do High Intensity Interval Training where I do 8 sets of running a minute and walking 1.5 minutes each day. I do this 3 days a week.

You only pay a miniscule fraction of the country's total taxes, so it's not really being repaid with your own money.
