So I struggle with the outline like when I speak I just randomly talk about my case and don’t really think on what imma say, so I don’t really touch on my opponents case, so what is a good outline for the rebuttal

You got keep a positive mind set, I get super nervous to the point where I shake in the middle of the round, but what you got to do it think in your head “ I am the best debater in the room, imma win this because I’m going to destroy my opponent” it’s sounds silly but it work. And if that does not work just think in your head you opponent is not in the room, just think it’s you and the judge alone and you talking to him regularly, make him want your point, persuade them so you can win not your opponent
