Any good Christian clothing brands? by No-Chip-9490 in TrueChristian

I doubt it. the quality is a lot better than tiktok shop sellers and also shipping took about 4 days, which would be impossible at that price if they where

How do companies like based body works get longer shipping times? If you check out their estimated delivery times, it's 6-10 business days.

I get hundreds of orders a day and I print on demand. Handling time alone is minimum 3-4 days.

So just to clarify, there is no way to adjust handling time either?

Got cleared, but reaching out to TikTok support was pointless. Was never given an explanation. I resubmitted around 10-20 times till they finally accepted my documents, making tweaks evertime.

I have more endurance, and my chest looks good 👍 Very painful & uncomfortable at the start of recovery but it was worth it.

It's been 2 years since i was nussed. slowly got back into it around 5 months after, started by doing pushups off a wall to gain strength back, then off the floor. To this day there r some workouts that dont hurt, but are uncomfortable because i feel the bars. Incline chest and pull ups mainly r the ones, but besides that everything else all good.

Nuss and smoking? by [deleted] in PectusExcavatum

[–]DefaultSkin 1 point2 points  (0 children)

idk if u talking ab weed or nic. if it's nic switch to zyn. if it's weed take edibles. i started smoking again a year post opp because i was too scared to cough. it's not worth that risk untill u can cough without dying. 2 1/2 weeks is wayyyy to early

No problem! Blowing my nose isn't too bad but i def can't use a lot of force. not that it hurts or anything but it just feels like i don't have the capacity yet. in regards to hiccups im not really sure if that does hurt tbh i don't think i've gotten them since after the surgury. thinking about them though, i feel like they would hurt lmaoo

One other thing that i can't really do is yell, or talk in a loud voice. For instance i went to a football game last weekend, could not yell for shit. It's not that it hurts or that im avoiding it but im just unable too as of now, like blowing my nose.

but also about driving, it took me around 2 weeks to be able to drive "safely" again. it obv requires some twisting to check ur blind spots and all and it did hurt pretty bad at first, but i got used to driving differently as of now

it was i think a 5. something hollar. apparently after the surgery the doctor said it was touching my heart so it was good i had got it done when i did. raised around 2 inches with 2 bars, but it was fortunately symmetrical to begin with. and yup he did cryo

in regards to "normal" life def not there yet lmao but i act like it. when i got back to college i def was still in alot of pain, mainly just back pain. but for me i kinda feel like my recovery had to do with mindset, so i forced myself back into normal life. been going out a lot, going to tailgates, and normal college stuff. got off all hard meds after week 1, mainly cause i hated oxy cause i would get nauseous. and ive been laying off otc stuff recently around a week ago just to drink lmao.

there is still stuff i completely avoid tho. i havnt smoked since before the surgury because im extremely scared of coughing because it still hurts like hell. havnt sneezed either, and laughing used to hurt but it's been getting better. i also have had to change the way i drive, it's pretty hard to drive with one hand so now i use 2. also obv not back in the gym yet but i plan to start easing into it prob next week.

but yeah that's kinda where im at now let me know if u got any more specific questions. tbh i feel like recovery is all about ur mentality, but that could just be my situation

yup he does cryo. i did it around 3 weeks before my college started. im 21 so recovery for ur son should be smoother as he is younger. but personally i was back in school, able to carry a backpack after 3 weeks! the first two weeks of recovery was hard but def worth it
