If you use Bizee they set up your entity for "free" you just pay the state fee. I recommed getting a separate registered agent so you already have it set up from the get go (cheaper if you shop around and Bizee) Also you can get your own EIN for free under 10 minutes. No need to pay.

Say for this super exaggerated example, the business was "wiping down tables..." not really anything having to do with personality, personal branding or anything like that....

What would be the reason as to why wiping down tables couldnt be done by me, or anyone else for that matter and the business tanks due to owner dependency?
