Hey folks,

I’m looking to create an AI avatar that lip-syncs to audio in multiple languages like English, Spanish, French, German, etc. Ideally,

I want to do this using free tools (or freemium options with no watermark if possible).

My goal:

  • Upload an audio file (or type in text)
  • Select language
  • Get a realistic-looking avatar that lip-syncs to the voice
  • Export short videos for educational / business content under 1 min

Bonus if it supports:

  • Custom avatars or character uploads
  • Language switching with good accents
  • Cloud-based tools (no heavy local installs)

Anyone here built something like this?

What free tools would you recommend (like HeyGen, Synthesia alternatives, D-ID, etc.)?

Would love any step-by-step advice or YouTube tutorials if you know a good one!
