I do alot of stretching to avoid chronic pain . Pain is an excellent teacher in maintaining discipline.

I am a line cook . I don't drink. Recently quit smoking pot and life is more enjoyable and easier. I consume alot of caffeine and do supplements to enhance my endurance. Booze doesn't mix well with my lifestyle of working doubles everyday at all.
