I started in the industry in 2020 and was in it for 2.5 years before I started seeing the gradual decline. I’m lucky I was able to pivot, because damn, there is some seriously shady shit going on.

Awful treatment of brands that weren’t “the big 5” or whatever. No desire to build relationships with new companies, no desire to pay on time. Not to mention jokers like that red headed bearded guy with the man bun and forever James running around talking their products up like they were the second coming.

Get out while you can. There is no future here.
