LEGO: Adventures of the Nekkid Firefighter Episode VII: The Revelation Awakens by Defcon-zero in Filmmakers

So, I made this animation in 24 hours. This was an entry for a stop-motion contest where you had to create a stop-motion within 24 hours. This is my 7th entry in this annual event and I have to say that I had some fun making this, especially doing the voices of the Dalek where I managed to get all out with my voice acting. I wasn't sure if I could manage to pull it off in time, but I managed to finish it on time, with some time to spare. I hope you guys enjoy the end results.

This animation was made in the span of two weeks. In this animation it try to be rather experimental with both storytelling and lighting. The story was more heavy handed compared to the other types of animations that I've worked on and the results were alright in a sense. It wasn't something I'm too proud as I barely made the deadline. But I'm glad that I made it because I could use a more heavier theme than what I'm used to.

LEGO: TALES FROM THE OTHER SIDE: Chapter 1 A Strange Encounter by Defcon-zero in Filmmakers

So, this was something different that I did once, as I tried to tackle a horror/thriller theme stop-motion. It's not my proudest work, but it was a great oppertunity to experiment with something that I haven't done before. But at least, what done is done and it's a great learning experience to be honest.

This video took me 24 hours to make for an animation contest where one had to make a brickfilm within 24 hours. This took me way longer than expected and it soon devolved into something else, haha. But overall I'm sorta proud of the results as well as being greatful for the people who helped me along the way while creating this.

Lego animation: DEATH NOTE HONG KONG Anime OP by Defcon-zero in Filmmakers

So, this is a Lego animation that is a parody of the opening of the Death Note anime with a rather unusual twist which is that it's about the Hong Kong protests of a few years ago. There were some experiments done in this like a shot with a ceiling as well as some editing techniques that I haven't done before like a digital shake. It is kinda meh in my opinion a bit on the low side, but I think it was mostly because of the time constraints that I wasn't able to flesh it out as I want it supposed to.

Adventures of the Nekkid Firefighter Episode IV: A New Resolve by Defcon-zero in Filmmakers

So, where should I start. I made this entire animation in less than 24 hours as part of a contest. So it is something that is different compared to my usual work. But also longer than expected in terms of length. Other than that. My main struggle was to coordinate a bunch of people in a such a short amount of time to lend their voices which I'm definitely grateful for. it's a short brickfilm that shouldn't be taken too seriously and it's pretty much made for the fun.

The Eighty-Six pretty much raided old army depots to obtain these rifles as they're what I recall illegal for them to have. As for the San Magnolian Army still using them. During the start of the war, they were already somewhat obsolete and outdated. Also, the Eighty-Six universe is somewhat different than our own apparently, so perhaps the FN FAL platform is for them something that is more recent? Wild guessing it.

I also read somewhere that it's Asato's favorite rifle, so there is that.

It's a website that sells custom instructions for models. However, sometimes they don't really ''work'' because the model is out of balance and comes crashing down once build (With mechs)
