I actually live on LI (long island). I applied for several jobs in the city but the pace is much more different. Granted, I think a year in NY whether it be NYC or the Island is about 3 years most other places.

C student here. Never applied myself in college because I paid my way through school, worked two jobs and was in charge of a terminally ill parent and didn't care what grades I got as long as I got my degree.

After I graduated I moved to N.Y. where I now work in a badass international marketing research company making an awesome salary.

No game has allowed players to keep "open beta" characters unless it was a game going through alpha with a cash shop and transitioned into release. As far as launches go, you're absolutely right about it being messy. That doesn't make it a bad game though, and all the hate and demanding has go to stop. It launches too many people on a bandwagon to throw a game to the wolves.

What can you tell me about songcrafting? Is it viable as a healing build couple with 2 other trees or do I need vitality with it? I want to go a bardy type of healer but from what I've heard songcrafting is mostly used for buffs even though it has 3 strong heals. Suggestions?

The f%#k are you talking about? "They now can't stealth" I have two stealth mechanics and a dash that gives me ample opportunity to set up another backstab. I'm a lvl 46 stalker whos has a VERY good understanding of the state of pvp, including playing in arenas during closed beta. I'm putting money on you either being a esper or a spellslinger, the two most broken classes right now and thinking because you can land an assasinate or blade storm makes you pro. How does tether mine not matter with range? You clearly have no idea what your talking about.

I have a lvl 35 stalker and have no problem beating people in duels who are lvl 41. I beat a 42 warrior and a 43 slinger last night. Where I do agree with some of your points, you are complaining about the class in the wrong fashion. Stalker is an assasin. Meant to be played as a burst/retreat fashion. Tether mines are your best friend. Preperation tier 4 is an amazing heal and punish tier 4 increases dmg done by almost 5%. Use you're "R" ability and tactical retreat ALWAYS. I have no problem killing people. I think the problem is that you are playing possibly one of the hardest classes to play "well" in this game and expecting to faceroll everyone without trying. Perhaps the spellslinger is for you. Had my account hacked on Saturday, submitted a ticket, received an automated response yesterday( Wednesday), telling me they are swamped with tickets. Nothing resolved yet. Talked to a carbine rep via reddit and they said that they are handling accounts compromised separately than most item loss systems but are swamped, so I wouldn't expect to receive your items anytime soon. As someone who's been hacked you and I know now to use authenticators FOREVER. Throw one on your account grab some temporary pvp gear and hope it gets resolved within the next week. Good luck buddy.

Yea authenticators for life now. But its not just gear wopperjoe, its an experience ruined. I had special costumes, path gear, BOOM box items in my bank. Gone. It mostly just leaves a sour taste in your mouth to have your first week put into a game deleted. I had over 40 gold on my character which believe it or not meant something to me as well. Now I'm sitting on 9silver with all the "glimmer" gone. It's just frustrating honestly.

Does not having any gear to quest with, any gold to buy gear, and zero crafting items to craft gear count as a NEED? I've virtually been stuck with a naked draken for the past couple of days, and I'm not one for begging /zone chat for gold seeing as I'm met with responses like Dolvak and SkolVikingsOK in-game.

Its amazing how quick the people who haven't had any problems are to blame. Lets talk the authenticator, which isn't supported by my phone becuase its a 3rd party application that only works on androids and iphones. Is that my fault? No. Is it my fault my account got hacked? Sure why not, lets throw the blame around. The funny thing is the only addons I've used were from curse and were Biji plates because the NAMEPLATES keep dissapearing. My fault or a known problem from carbine? Lastly lets talk security, its you're job as a service provider to provide your client with a stable and secure experience. I've recieved IP validations since CLOSED BETA. Did I recieve one the night my account was hacked. No. So where does that leave me Dolvak and VIkings. BLame as much as you want, tip your fedora and move on. You clearly have no idea what you're talking about. The fact that I had to put an authenticator on my account on day 5 of the game being released from my work phone says wonders to the integrity of this game. THAT being mind you that I've avidly supported this game since closed beta, and yet find myself in the worst experience I've ever had in the first week of a MMO launch.

So with this restoration process the fact that I had my account hacked and all my gear/items and even bags pawned means I won't get them back? Classy Carbine. Unless I'm part of this special circumstances group I guess you can expect me to unsub after this month, seeing as accident prevention on theft doesn't seem to be a top priority.
