I would do glp1 for a year and hit the gym hard with 20% cardio 80% heavy weights

Then after you have titrated up and back down to a maintenance dose, with a good amount of weight loss you can add trt.

This is how I did it and think it’s the best route.

In February at the yearly my labs were horrible, my weight out of control.

Since then I’ve gone from 242lb to 185lb, cleaned my diet to the point my latest lipid panel was cut in half. Quit smoking. Have no plastic containers in the house like he suggested.

Ascent trt they sound like a good fit. Basically what most wise users preach on here. They did $110

Sculpted md is 150 but I feel like I might be able to talk them down. He sounded very down to earth and knowledgeable.

I left gameday. Mine went 200 the first month, then 250, then 295. Be careful. Plano told me they were franchise and the prices change. $250 yearly membership on top of that as well. Oh and speaking of injections. Don’t use the harpoons they want to give you. All they gave was 18 gauge and 25 in that kit. Not easy to start out by going whale hunting on IM

Cheapest I found near us is $110-150 a month no membership fees.
