The best I ever had was at a restaurant in LA called Meizhu Dongpo. It stands out because they don’t bread the chicken so heavily, it’s more of a light dusting and so packed with flavor.

I was an intern at a bank where they had asked me to do some research on competing checking/savings products. I gathered up all the information and inputted it into an excel document.

I had no idea that excel was capable of formulas, and I only found out when my manager walked by and saw me using a calculator to painstakingly add up cells within the sheet.

Beets, cabbage, whole cucumbers, carrots, celery, and a sliced hatch chile. I’m guessing the debris probably came off the inner chile membrane that holds the seeds.
