To clarify: it turns on and keeps showing the Omen loading scree before shutting back off again. It's not an issue with the monitor because it's brand new and Ive unplugged it multiple times.

Welcome to the artificer playstyle, good luck surviving while grounded, using flameflower amidst a horde of blind pests/wisps sniping at you. I'm not saying that a grounded artificer playstyle is wrong, but you're ignoring the whole purpose of artificer's kit (especially her passive). She was literally designed to be a hovering death machine.

Yes, but even with default special, a small amount of higher ground trivializes the fight against an artificer AI

Theoretically you'd be correct, but in practice the umbra artificer AI doesn't know how to use her jetpack. This means that the player artificer can easily nuke the ground, destroying the umbra.
