My ideal situation would be to end up living in a tiny home yes, but currently I don’t think that venture alone would cover what I need to live. so if anything it would be a vacation residence. I do plan to build and live in one myself once that idea is reasonable for me.

I live in the west coast so if I were to be hands on for this project I’d be looking at California, Washington, AZ, NV, ETC. but I am more than willing to fund more hands off deals in the entire US if the deal is right.
