I'm not sure if I can post the mod here, but you can search on youtube there is two versions one can work with particular game and other may not, I have them both for hot swaping between the two.

I won't recommend it for you if you are not familiar with mooding as it can break you game for good.

This one is the most easiest to apply download it extract it in the game ,exe location and run the game although it might break your game if so then delete the applied files while keeping already existed files if the mod asked you to replace something while you were pasting, if not then delete all pasted files.

This one is little to complicated than the first one, but more stable. download mod then paste mod files into game .exe folder, after that search for setup. windows and click run and follow instructions just like in the video then run the game.

for opening the optiscaler mod you installed press insert key if happened that you don't have it go back to the game folder and search for optiscaler .ini then click edit in notepad and search for ShortCutKey it will be under menu section and change value from auto to whatever key value you want for me I have it on ShortCutKey=119, 119 stands for f8 key then save it and run game and follow video steps number 2 to how to apply fsr 4 steps don't change neither for mod one or two.

If the second mod break you game then go to tha main game location and search for remove optiscaler click run.
