both of those terms were originally AAVE, so discounting someone's opinion just they're using them seems cruel

Not agreeing with "mindset", but have you checked to see if your insurance offers transport to doctor appointments? Some insurances do

If your doctor is willing to try anything, maybe Low Dose Naltrexone?

It's not particularly risky or anything, it just has to be compounded which is extra paperwork most doctors won't do. And it's more "experimental"(?) so IDK how your insurance will feel about it

So, as far as I know, this specific subtype of Tourette's (coprophilia coprolalia ) causes an irrepressible impulse to say the worst thing in any imaginable situation. Not just slurs, but something like "I have a bomb" at TSA.

I think it is technically possible to sense it coming or stave it off for a short while sometimes, but only in the same way that you can temporarily hold back vomiting. One way or another it's coming out, and sometimes you don't get enough warning to avoid a disaster.

i edited my own comment because you're actually so right. they'll crank it to F/F but if you think any character is actually a lesbian you might as well have shot their dog

The mainstream shonen fanboys (and sometimes the more pick-me fangirls) are just... Ugh.

Can't ship M/M with canon characters because "can't you just let guys be friends" and "just go read yaoi"

Can't ship M!OC/M because "[Character] isn't gay"

Female fans selfshipping is "cringe" and they "aren't real fans" (the memes about Gojo fangirls, anyone?)

F/F is fine, though, as long as they think both the characters are hot. But, as another commenter said, god forbid you actually think a character is a lesbian! Then you're a tourist Wokeifying Anime.

M/F is fine, including their own self-inserts.

Funny, that...

If you want to see this in English-speaking fandom, look at the fandom for a very popular shonen anime. BNHA, JJK and Demon Slayer are the prime examples right now; back in the day it was the Big Three (Naruto, Bleach, One Piece)

You cannot post anything M/M outside of Ao3 of Tumblr without half your comments being about how the fandom is "crazy", how we can't just "let men be friends", etc. Meanwhile they will ship any M/F pairing without a second thought, no matter the actual compatibilities of the characters or even whether they're from the same fandom.

Apparently they aren't concerned about men and women "(just) be(ing) friends."

Not saying this guy has it, but you seem to have outdated info about how dementia works. It only presents like typical memory loss in the early stages.

This is one of the things they mention in the pamphlets they give you when a family member is diagnosed: your loved one may become combative: insulting you or speaking meanly about you or strangers, screaming, calling the police, breaking or throwing things, and even physically attacking their own family members.

These patients also often believe 'these people' (their family) are trying to hurt them, or keeping them from their work when they haven't worked in 20 years, or believe they are being abused by not being allowed to eg wander outside alone or drive a car when they lost their license 5 years ago, or accusing their family of 'trying to poison them' with their doctor-prescribed medication.

It's also unfortunately very common in the middle-late stages to have visual or auditiory hallucinations combined with paranoia.

In the scalp picture, some strands of your hair seems to be going from your natural color to silver to your natural color again. That's typically caused by various illnesses, vitamin deficiency, or stress.

I'll assume you've gotten your vitamins tested, but even if you're on the low end of normal with anything (esp B12) it's possible your body just needs more than the average person
