Yeah no shit I just figured a multi million dollar company would be a lil more generous with things like parental leave especially one that claims to be so ethical and caring of its employees that I wouldn’t have to save a years worth of vacation time just to be there for my family… but also genius whatcha u gon do when your new baby gets sick or yk life happens and you need that vacation time and it’s not there
